BRTRC Federal Solutions Wins $74.9M Task Order for US Army C-RAM Program

Vienna, VA – December 14, 2018 – BRTRC Federal Solutions announced today that it was awarded a prime task order with a ceiling value of $74.9 million in support of the US Army PEO Missiles and Space, Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) Program Directorate to delivery global logistics sustainment and contingency support for the C-RAM system-of-system capabilities. The C-RAM program directorate mission is to spiral develop, demonstrate, and deploy an integrated joint set of capabilities to track, warn and defeat rocket, artillery, mortar, and unmanned aerial system threats. BRTRC will provide subject matter experts and Field Support Representatives (FSRs) in support of this mission-critical program.

BRTRC Announces Acquisition of SecureForce
Acquisition provides BRTRC with cyber and big data capabilities

VIENNA, VA—March 10, 2014— BRTRC, a leading mid-sized firm focused on providing integrated technical solutions to the government, today announced its acquisition of SecureForce.

SecureForce, LLC is a leading provider of cybersecurity, risk and compliance and information assurance services to government agencies based in the DC area. The company’s customers include the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), NASA, and Freddie Mac, among others.

"We are excited about bringing SecureForce into the BRTRC portfolio – not only does it expand our capabilities in the area of cyber, big data and analytics, it also gives us access to new markets like the VA, TSA and the intelligence community,” said Larry McDonald, chief operating officer and one of the four owners of BRTRC. “These new capabilities really round out our information technology solutions, allowinig us to offer more under our current IDIQs like DHS EAGLE II as well as allowing us to bid on additional federal IT work. Looking forward, we see more targeted acquisition as part of our strategy to round out our offerings.”

This is BRTRC’s first acquisition and is the culmination of a close two-year working relationship with SecureForce. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
